Executive Secretary IIIThe Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery is seeking to hire an Executive Secretary III for the Treatment and Detention Facility located in Rushville, Illinois to serve as a confidential administrative secretary to the Program Director. Performs highly responsible, confidential secretarial and administrative work. Maintains filing system for the Director's Office to include Facility Incident Reports. Serves as timekeeper and maintains supervisor's schedule. Schedules meetings and conferences.Minimum Qualifications: Requires knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to completion of two (2) years of secretarial or business college and three (3) years of secretarial experience OR completion of high school and five (5) years of secretarial experience.
