Serving as a key liaison between patients and healthcare providers, the full-time Patient Advocate will facilitate communication, coordinate information, and support care access while ensuring timely resolution of issues in a remote environment. Key responsibilities: Act as the primary contact point for patients, healthcare providers, and internal departments regarding benefits and services Coordinate information exchange to support accurate care delivery and assist in navigating plan requirements Track and document interactions in case management systems while monitoring open accounts for resolution Required qualifications: High school diploma or GED 1-3 years of experience in healthcare administration, insurance, or customer service Proficiency with computer systems and documentation tools Knowledge of health insurance processes, claims, and authorizations Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare systems
