Senior Program ManagerArlington, VA · Pay From: $170,000 Per YearMUST HAVE:Sr. Program Manager Active DOD Secret Clearance / Top Secret PreferredDAWIA Level II, PMP, or equivalent Program Management certification30 years' total experience in Navy weapon or combat systems engineering or acquisitionAt least 15 years as a Program Manager of a government engineering or acquisition programExperience with program management, contracts, acquisition, engineering development, testing, analysis, fielding, and logistics support for specific Navy terminal defense systems such as RAM and CIWS.Experience managing complex combat system development and acquisition programsExperience briefing senior leaders on program plans and statusExperience managing large $50M+ contracts with high-levels of customer exposure and intensive customer/corporate engagementKnowledge of FMS and international programs and experience with international customersAbility to work effectively with team members and subcontractors from various technical, acquisition, and administrative disciplinesExcellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skillsAbility to develop and deliver coherent and concise customer presentationsMaster's Degree in a Technical or Business disciplineDUTIESSr. Program Manager will provide leadership and management for missile program engineering, acquisition, and logistics activities, ensuring successful accomplishment of tasking and budget executionManaging the activities of the team, including multiple subcontractors, to meet the mission and objectives of the customer's missile and weapons programsProvide adequate recruitment and staffing to meet customer and contract requirementsManagement of subcontractor tasking, funding, coordination, and executionProvide weekly, monthly, and quarterly customer status reportingManagement of the contract financial team to develop budgets and manage financial executionParticipate in weekly, monthly, and quarterly corporate financial reviews and program status reviewsMaintain excellent customer relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and respond to new customer requirementsEstablish and satisfy short- and long-term contract goalsSupport contract capture and growth as the lead Program Manager for our Weapons business areaQuadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
