We’re looking for two Heavy Duty/Semi Transmission and Differential Rebuilders to join our team. This person will be responsible for rebuilding transmissions and differentials for semi trucks. This is a hands-on role that’s perfect for someone who enjoys mechanical work, organization, and working as part of a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities:

• Tear Down & Rebuild : Disassemble automatic and manual transmissions, transfer cases, and differentials. Clean, inspect, and measure internal components for wear.
• Precision Assembly : Rebuild units to OEM or high-performance specifications using new clutches, gearing, bearings, etc.
• Quality Control: Maintain a clean bench and ensure all rebuilt units meet strict quality and safety standards.
• Identify, tag, and organize reusable components and core parts.
• Inspect gears, bearings, and shafts for wear or damage.
• Use air tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
• Load and move transmissions using shop equipment (hoists, forklifts, etc.).

Qualifications:

• Must have experience rebuilding transmissions and/or differentials
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in a shop environment.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions.
• Must be punctual and team-oriented.
