Description: The operating room nurse will work three 12-hour shifts, with on-call requirements as needed. The role emphasizes the delivery of exceptional patient care. The nurse will assess and address the diverse needs of patients. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary health care team is essential. Providing clear instructions and explanations to patients and their families is expected. Clinical judgment is necessary to identify and respond to changes in patient conditions.
