\n \nWe are seeking a UX Research Intern who is passionate about delivering innovative solutions for end users and developers. You will work closely with our product team to develop and implement research studies to gain insights into user needs and preferences. You will be responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, and creating compelling visualizations and reports that highlight key insights.
\n \n \n \n \nKey Responsibilities:
\n \nDesign and conduct research studies to uncover user needs and preferences
\nCollect and analyze data to generate insights that drive product decisions
\nWork with product and design teams to translate research findings into actionable insights
\nCreate compelling visualizations and reports that highlight key insights
\nUse Figma to quickly mock up designs for review with users and developers
\nBuild demos and prototypes to showcase research findings and support product development
\n \n \n \n \nQualifications:
\n \nBachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or related field
\nStrong understanding of UX research methodologies
\nExperience conducting research studies using a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods
\nProficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
\nFamiliarity with Figma or similar design tool is a huge requirement and accelerators to integrate with the existing team tooling
\nAbility to code, hack and build demos is a huge plus for hushh at this stage.
